Overview
Starfall is an educational website and app used by teachers, students, and families to help students learn through exploration. This app includes a variety of content including reading, math, music, and more! Starfall is intended for users in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. The information comes in a variety of formats including videos, games, etc. ABC Mouse is a similar website that engages students in interactive learning through games and activities. Not only does Starfall teah young students core subjects, but it is also used to teach independent life skills such as counting money and how to use a calendar. This website was originally intended to teach basic English reading and writing skills. This app teaches children how to read by using games and phonics as its instructional approach. This website is easy to navigate to the extent that children are able to use the website without needing constant adult supervison.
