MyFitnessPal is an activity and calorie tracking app. It is free to download and is available on iPhones and Androids. The home page displays how many calories you have remaining for the day as well as a news feed that includes your friends progress and various recipes and exercises to try. You can also find articles relating to fitness in your news feed. In the diary tab you are able to put in the food you ate and the amount of exercise you have done that day and it will calculate the amount of calories you have left to consume or burn for that day. You can all swipe right and look at the logs of your previous days in the diary tab. The tab labeled "Me" is your profile page. Here you can set a picture, upload a short biography, and see all of your posts.
