Overview
Canva is a free design website where individuals can create images, design infographics, edit pictures, and more. Users are able to design their own projects or work from templates. Designs can be printed from the site or downloaded as a PDF image for online use or personal printing. The site tends to be user friendly and for those who are not familiar there are tutorials available on the website as well as a large community of users who post how-to videos and answer FAQs.
While it is free to use, Canva offers an upgrade that gives users access to more features, fonts, images and templates. Additionally, for Educators, Canva offers a free upgraded account under it's Canva Education program with templates and project guides specific to the realm of education.
